It seems that judges don't like having there personal Internet activities being monitored by the computer department. The Link to the article below, quotes a judge as saying: put the entire judiciarys data communications network ... at risk. Every network administrator who has ever monitored a companies Internet knows what they are really talking about here is porn. And the louder the protect the kinkier the site. A friend of mine, a network administrator for a religious organization, says that; you show me a man that preaches scripture the loudest and I'll show you a man that has mastered the keyboard with one hand.
