How should Corporations that practice Oversea Job Outsourcing be regarded?

It is the contention by many, during this election year, that Corporations that practice Overseas Job Outsourcing are Benedict Arnold traders. How do your regard these companies, and what do you think should be done?

Outsourcing... Federal Gov't tapping into our Social Security... What's next? Half of our 401k?

Normally, I would cry foul. After all, I've been a Network Administrator for seven years and thirteen years in the field total. The thought of becoming obsolete haunts me, personally.

I think if this goes on, corporations will discover that they will save even more money if the entire IT infrastructure gets moved to another country.

We will probably end up with a country of CEOs, managers, and middlemen, where the workers are hired everywhere else.

To paraphrase an old adage, "sir, we have met the enemy, and they are us."

It's free enterprise and nothing should be done about it. Let the consumer decide, when people get tired of a heavily accented call centers that offer no help people can make a company switch as Dell did. Besides John Kerry and his wife have over 70% of the Heinz business overseas...
