This Governmental Agency implemented Siebel 2000 Call Center web enablement application to automate the new license and existing license process for all Florida Resident applying for State License. This application will be deployed across all existing Florida License facilities to enhance the Sales, Service and Customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Company Business model analysis and feasibility of user requirements

Completely designed and Configured the Product management functionality both at the UI and BO level.

Customized the Siebel object definitions using Siebel tools at all layers of the application to meet the Client specific business requirements.

Worked and involved in Siebel VB code, which has been used behind applets and BCs to enable search capabilities for the Application. The application allows the user to search for any data stored in the Siebel database using the criteria defined by the user. The search engine will receive user search specs through VB code and will return the correct set of search results which matched user search criteria.

Worked in EIM to import data into Siebel base tables. The Client has a requirement to import AIC data provided by third party data sources into Siebel base tables. The EIM process is automated to receive regular updates from external sources and then to update the Siebel base tables.
