G-day, the Language of the End-User is the first in a series of trying to understand the sometimes mysterious, almost always misunderstood computer end-user. I believe by first understanding their language and habits, we can shorten the gap between them and us. I have spent the last seven years of my life, working with, living among and eating with them in their natural habitats; and yet I still can not say that I completely understand these creatures. Below I have published my findings as a Rosetta Stone, of sorts, so that others like myself can benefit from these findings.  So follow me and I will take you on an adventure that will frighten and fascinate you.
